Shamsher Singh & Co. started with one restaurant and a vision: do things properly, no shortcuts. 42 years later, we’ve helped launch and run over 70 establishments and consulted on more than 250. From high-concept nightclubs to boutique hotels, we’ve seen it all, built it all, and fixed what others couldn’t. We don’t do generic plans. From licensing and layout to staff training and troubleshooting, Shamsher brings hard-won expertise from the ground up — not from theory, but from decades in the trenches.


He started with a single restaurant and a simple principle: do it right, or don’t do it at all. Today, his legacy spans microbreweries, luxury resorts, nightclubs, and neighborhood cafés – each one shaped by his eye for detail, operational mastery, and insistence on quality.
